A great place to get away camp and have fun very clean however the spaces are very close to one another which doesn't lend itself to much privacy
I stayed here for a week while looking for a house (was moving nearby from out of state). Price was good. I had no problems. WiFi was good only for checking email. They have cable, but o didn't use it, antenna picked up about ten channels. Pool and laundry was nice. Easy / convenient location find and to get into. Very close to food and grocery. The store has basic snacks and RV stuff.
They will not rent , to those that have a R.V. that's more than ten years old. I have a 2005, Excel and in great condition. They won't let me rent here.
Comfortable and quiet place with fenced dog runs,.pool, bath house and laundry. Convenient to Fort worth but in a country setting. Plenty of room for large and small rigs, full hookups and we had a pull through spot.
Extremely rude! I would give them zero if I could. We have an emotional support dog and the lady at the front desk would not take my card, she wanted to see how my dog acted with her dog so she could determine whether he was actually a service dog or not. Which is illegal so I am in contact with officials to have them checked out. I've never had a problem using his card anywhere else I've been (hotels, other RV parks, etc) they also wanted our social security cards and W2's in order to stay more than two weeks. That was enough to make me leave because it seems extremely sketchy especially for a place that is not even that nice. It was pretty dumpy for the price and the fact they wanted so much information from us just to stay there.
