Bottom line. You have a lot of choices in dry cleaning in the Aledo, TX area. Stay away from Adrian's, they haven't a clue what they're doing
I spoke with them, asked that they please take better care to iron the clothes before boxing them. I opened a shirt at home and again I found a wrinkled mess.
I asked my shirts be folded and boxed so when I travel, thwey come out of my bag looking good. Not so with Adrians. They don't know how to fold. In a hurry to get dressed, I remove a shirt from the plastic wrap to find a completely wrinkled shirt - but I don't have time to iron it, I'm out the door for a meeting.
I love the service I got when visiting from out of town. They did a great job!
When I asked for my money back after my trip, they refused, said they'd give me a credit. Not a chance in heck I'm taking a credit, they've nearly ruined my clothes! Why would I step foot in here again?
I work out of town for a fortune 500 company for a living. All my clothes are tailoered to fit. I tried Adrian's; in fact gave them 3 chanecs, and they are by far and away the worst dry cleaner's I've experienced in my professional career.
By this time I was no longer upset, I was down-right mad. I tried one last time. On my way to the airport for a business meeting out of town I picked up my clothes - my Canali shirts. This time they laundered them when I askedc they be dry-cleaned, and they hung them when I asked they be boxed, and the sleeves weren't ironed!
