By far the slowest service I have ever received from a medical clinic. Had to call five times before they finally answered the phone to schedule an appointment. It was two hours before I even saw my doctor.
I'm really considering changing my PCP as I sit here in the room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I've been here a few times but lately the service has been extremely slow. I have to take time off from work to make the appointment and they are not considerate of that at all. If I make an appointment I expect to be seen no more than 20 minutes from the time I check in. I waited 30 minutes to pay my copay an additional 15 to be put in a room only to wait some more until the doctor actually saw me. It's pretty ridiculous. I'm going to switch to a clinic that values my time and well being. My actual doctor is nice and I like her but I shouldn't have to wait so long to receive care.
I love Dr. Melcher. He is really concerned about his patients. He id very thorough.
I’m a very healthy 33 year old who has been on thyroid medication for 13 years! To tell me I have to come in every 3 months with normal lab results is unbelievable, money hungry much from a cash pay patient? No thanks I’ll go elsewhere...
